User Acquisition Manager
Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic and driven User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us scale our user base effectively. As a User Acquisition Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our user base. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms. Your efforts will directly impact the growth trajectory of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement User Acquisition Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, FacebookFAC and other major digital platforms.
Creative Development: Develop and test compelling ad creatives. Propose innovative ideas, set hypotheses, monitor execution, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. Optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall user growth.
Collaboration with Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies. Manage collaborations with ad networks.
BI Dashboard Management: Build and monitor business intelligence dashboards to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
User Motivation Research: Work closely with the product team to understand user motivations and behavior. Shape effective user acquisition and monetization strategies based on these insights.
Qualifications:
Passion: A strong passion for mobile marketing, data analytics, and creative production.
Ownership: Able to take full ownership of projects. Demonstrates accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability: Open to constructive criticism and feedback. Willing to continuously improve and learn.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with marketing artists, product managers, external partners, and the performance team.
English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, as you will manage a creative pipeline primarily targeting the United States audience and handle joint partnerships with external networks and agencies.
