工作职责：

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the product design and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Duties:
Develop and implement design plans for Home decor and related products, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness.
Research domestic & international market trends, consumer demands, and competitors' products, providing relevant design recommendations.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their seasonal design requirements. Conduct periodic visits to clients (prepare presentations) for in-depth discussions on design preferences.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure a smooth production process and maintain design consistency.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing support on product features and advantages, and addressing technical issues.
Stay updated on industry developments, adjusting design plans promptly to adapt to market changes.
Collaborate with other team members to complete related tasks, ensuring overall team synergy.
Information Sharing: Share relevant information with the team and contribute to cross-cultural sharing sessions.
任职资格：
Experience:
Proven extensive experience in Home related product design, with a preference for candidates who have worked with leading retailers or brands in the USA.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a preference for a background in design.
Proficiency in product design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, effective coordination with different departments.
Project management skills to effectively drive product development cycles.
Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to work pressure.
Passion for the home industry, staying attuned to fashion trends, and possessing market sensitivity.
