Us Weekly is seeking Part-time weekend writers and editors for UsMagazine.com, which is read by well over one million readers daily. In this role, you’d work with other writers and editors on Saturdays and Sundays — covering the most urgent, timely, buzzy and traffic-generating celebrity and entertainment news stories. This is a high-paced, high-volume role.
Candidates should have a deep well of experience writing online for established celebrity and entertainment outlets, a knack for crafting creative, Us-friendly angles and SEO-savvy headlines, a sharp sense of our audience and brand voice, and an ease working in CMS and standard/basic photo editing. Overseas candidates are welcome. Shifts generally 8 hours.
Salary: $35.00 per hour
