US Retail Category Sales Manager
We are looking for a US Retail Category Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for managing our products' categories across major US retail customers, such as Best Buy and Target. You will work closely with internal and external partners (Microsoft, Google, Intel, AMD, Nvidia) to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.

- Manage the category performance of monitors, notebooks, desktops, and peripherals across US retail channels.
- Develop and implement program and promotional plans that align with customer and company objectives.
- Create and manage product roadmaps that deliver competitive price, feature, and value propositions.
- Forecast, plan, and analyze product demand, inventory, and sales performance.
- Optimize online and in-store merchandising, placement, and visibility of products.
- Manage product lifecycle, returns, and operational execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, operations, and product development.
- Coordinate and lead meetings across multiple partners and levels, both internally and externally.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and reports to customers and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with customers and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 7-15 years of experience in consumer electronics sales, merchandising, and marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong knowledge of the US retail market and consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent M365 skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel potentially +50% of the time, depending on customer needs and business conditions.
