Position Overview
The Supervisor, Content will partner closely with the Associate Director, broader Content team, and OMD PBNA teams to uncover, develop and execute media + content experiences that make the brands resonate in culture. This includes tapping into a broad network of entertainment production companies, linear partners, movie studios, digital publishers, social platforms, and streaming companies to produce breakthrough creative content.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and immersed in social and streaming platforms. They should have a passion for and understanding of the colliding worlds of entertainment, music, sports and creator culture. From a day-to-day perspective, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in creating new ideas + spaces that inspire brand love and cultural relevance.
As part of a fully integrated team across Planning, Activation, Marketing Sciences + Content, this role requires excellent project management skills and a strong sense of curiosity for surfacing what’s next.
Strategic & Functional Lead
Support the Associate Director and broader OMD team in implementing the PBNA planning processes, while ensuring alignment with other cross-functional agency teams and client partners
Reveal new cultural insights to support idea + activation development via proprietary tools + operating platforms
Support managers + cross team with status updates and corresponding process/tracking materials, ensuring clear and successful communication with PBNA clients, as well as agency partners on an ongoing basis, inclusive of developing written and visual materials such as brand briefs, client recommendations, and more via PowerPoint, Excel, and similar tools
Ensure the implementation of proprietary tools to evaluate ideas
Actively seek out new partnership opportunities driven by team objectives with media, studio, and independent creator channels to test and learn
Execution
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and partners in the development and activation of multi-platform programs across the calendar year ranging from brand level, multi-partner/multi-brand ecosystems, to more focused executions for individual initiatives
Assist in the development of and lead the activation of multi-platform distribution + connected commerce plans for content programs across linear television, digital and social
Lead timelines for internal and external work streams across assigned projects
Ensure that deal terms and deliverables are translated into legal agreements, program timelines, and roles and responsibilities workstreams for clarity and executional success
Create + utilize proprietary tools to ensure effective and efficient process during program execution

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$50,000—$95,000 USD
