Position Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key accounts for NIU Technologies in the Flagship Store and Dealer network for our Micro-Mobility line of kick-scooters and E-bikes as well as our DOT and off-road line of mopeds, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles. You will also be responsible for business growth opportunities with other product categories in your channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build relationships with distributors, flagship store partners, dealers across the nation for our all product categories. • Set yearly/quarterly/Monthly sales targets, forecasts, align with promotional calendar for your channels.
• Develop and implement account-specific business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key dealers and flagship partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product training and support to key accounts to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in each key market.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide training and support, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to support the growth of the business.
• Manage event strategy for dealers and flagship stores.
• Collaborate with internal team for forecasting, promotional planning, and new dealer and flagship executions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management or key account management in the moped, motorcycle or power sports industry.
• Previous experience with a dealer network.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and dealerships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Being fluent in Spanish/French/Chinese is a plus.
