US based - Investment and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Professional focused on Investments and Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and research on various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and market trends. You will work closely with our senior personnel from our Capital Markets and Digital Asset Team to source, assess and execute deals for investment and also for value added Digital Asset Advisory services. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, to raise capital for crypto-focused projects and funds. Develop and execute on fundraising strategies, prepare pitch decks, and manage the due diligence process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, providing regular updates on portfolio company performance, market trends, and investment opportunities. Coordinate investor communications, organize virtual and in-person events, and address investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the crypto venture capital landscape, including tracking market activity, monitoring emerging trends, and identifying promising investment opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to support the firm's investment decision-making and fund-raising efforts
  • Actively network within the crypto ecosystem to build and maintain relationships with founders, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders. Leverage these connections to source new investment opportunities and stay informed about the latest developments in the space
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos, due diligence reports, and other documentation to support the firm's decision-making and reporting requirements. Ensure that all investor-related records and data are meticulously maintained and accessible
  • Work closely with the firm's investment team, marketing and communications professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to capital raising, investor relations, and overall business strategy


Requirements / Skill Sets:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in successfully raising capital for crypto-focused projects, investment funds, or other alternative investment vehicles. Demonstrated track record of identifying and cultivating relationships with a diverse range of investors, including venture capitalists, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Thorough understanding of the crypto investment ecosystem, including the ability to track market dynamics, monitor emerging trends, and identify promising investment opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to support the firm's investment decision-making and fundraising efforts
  • Proficiency in conducting in-depth research, preparing comprehensive investment memos, due diligence reports, and other documentation to support the firm's decision-making and reporting requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain meticulous records and data on all investor-related activities
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the underlying principles of decentralized finance
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated passion for the crypto industry, with knowledge of different cryptocurrency projects, market dynamics, and investment strategies
  • Passion for blockchain and solid understanding of NFTs, DAOs, GameFi, DeFi, and other emerging trends
  • Ability to work well in a fluid, changing environment in the innovative and often-ambiguous field of blockchain
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to align a diverse group of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English is a must
