We currently have multiple hourly job openings that we are looking to urgently fill both at our Culpeper plant and in our Fredericksburg plants, and we offer excellent benefits including health/dental, generous PTO, and 401k with 3% employer matching regardless of your individual contribution:

1. Plastic Injection Technician - some manufacturing experience necessary, plus a High School diploma or GED.

2. Maintenance Mechanic - must have hydraulic and high voltage (220-440v) experience, plus a High School diploma or GED.

3. Industrial Maintenance Technician - must have extensive knowledge of machine repair and maintenance, plus a High School diploma or GED.

4. Extrusion Technician - some manufacturing experience required plus knowledge of plastic extrusion techniques, also a High School diploma or GED.

5. Facilities Maintenance Technician - facilities and maintenance experience required, plus High School Diploma or GED.

6. Core Room Operator - some manufacturing experience preferred, plus High School Diploma or GED.

7. IQMS/Engineering Intern - some education in engineering, plus some manufacturing experience preferred; also, High School diploma or GED required.
