Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing a range of financial services and solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and has a strong understanding of banking products.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their financial needs, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial goals.
• Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate opening and closing of checking, saving and certificate of deposits with proficiency and courtesy.
• Ensure all transactions are performed accurately, include all pertinent and proper documentation, and follow all regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant banking environment.
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or a related financial field.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Previous experience in commercial and/or community banking a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking industry.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
  
  

Your Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
