Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing a range of financial services and solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and has a strong understanding of banking products.
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their financial needs, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial goals.
Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently.
Facilitate opening and closing of checking, saving and certificate of deposits with proficiency and courtesy.
Ensure all transactions are performed accurately, include all pertinent and proper documentation, and follow all regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant banking environment.
Your Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or a related financial field.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Previous experience in commercial and/or community banking a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking industry.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
Your Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
