This is a part-time on-site role for a Universal Banker at First Midwest Bank (Missouri) in Springfield, MO. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for deposits, customer service, cash handling, loans, and communication. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

• Experience in handling deposits and cash
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with loans and financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
