Responsibilities
Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility under pressure.

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and stay updated on industry changes.
Requirements
Experience in insurance or medical terminology preferred.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of federal and state legislation and regulations.
Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet within the United States or Puerto Rico.
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of experience with life and/or health insurance products.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in presenting and facilitating discussions.
