Job Title: Underwriter

Contract duration: 12 months

Job location: Denver, CO 80209

Payrate: $31.00 to $35.00/hr

Job Description
  • This is an Underwriter position.
  • Review credit applications, utilize commercial credit data, financial documents, business models, and industry trends to mitigate loss and reduce risk.
  • Performs in-depth financial analysis data utilizing ratios, trends, and credit profile to underwrite credit applications.
  • Prepare timely, concise, and comprehensive business cases for complex lending requests.
  • Oversee credit application process to include business verification and determine credit limits.
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Effectively corresponds to internal and external partner via message, email and phone call.
