Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Ultrasound Technologist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Performs diagnostic medical sonograms to demonstrate anatomy under investigation; performs and documents all obstetrical and vaginal ultrasounds in OB/GYN department. Assist physician with sonohysterograms and ultrasound guided procedures

Education

• Completion of an accredited course in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Completion of AMA approved course in Ultrasound
  
  

Certification/License

• ARDMS certification in OB/GYN
• RDMS (OBGYN) after ARDMS
• Current BCLS certification
  
  

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in OB/GYN preferred, will train as needed
