Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems.
Assist in mentoring other UGK Consultant teammates through their projects, and delegate solutioning as needed.
Draw on your industry and UGK expertise to develop, maintain, and implement Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling solutions to help clients solve business problems through their UGK system.
Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications.
Document, analyze, test, and modify UGK system based on and related to client and system design specifications.
