Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and enhance user experiences in our medical software. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and is proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluate user feedback.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges for users.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Produce designs optimized for desktop, web, and large-screen tablets.

Present and justify designs and key milestones to peers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven UX design experience for medical software with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Experience in material design or similar is a plus.

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product needs and vision.

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

Willingness to share knowledge, help teammates, and learn from others.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.

Experience designing for tablet, desktop, and web platforms.

Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes.
