Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, user interface design, and a portfolio showcasing their ability to create beautiful and functional designs. This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to meaningful projects while earning equity in a growing startup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve usability and design.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Ensure designs meet the needs of the users and align with the overall product strategy.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
