Our team thrives on high energy, fun, and collaboration, and we're now in search of an exceptionally detail-oriented and savvy UI/UX Designer to join our team. The UI/UX Designer requires flexibility and adaptability. The incumbent will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and will be comfortable shifting focus between different tasks and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Work with UI/UX team to create and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces
Collaborate with Web Developers to make sure design get's implemented and optimized.
Conduct and run A/B Test to identify areas for improvement in design and functionality.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in using the Shopify platform; 2 years' experience preferred.
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization; 2 years preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
A/B testing experience is a plus.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
