UI Designer

Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a client seeking a Remote UI Designer on a 6-week engagement to create a clickable Figma prototype for a configurable digital payments platform. This platform will help merchants configure, monitor, and purchase products related to payment processing services. Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop visuals and a clickable prototype in collaboration with the UX Product Designer
• Collaborate with UX designers and design practice leaders to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experience
• Create and improve wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback
• Conceptualize user-friendly solutions for design challenges
• Present designs aligned with the overall design roadmap to stakeholders
• Set design standards, guidelines, and best practices
  
  

Logistics

• Remote work, consultant must be based in U.S. and available during Eastern time hours (9-5)
• Six-week engagement
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven and demonstrable UI experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps
• Basic understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent visual design skills
• Strong presentation skills and creative problem-solving mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
