UAT Tester

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UAT Tester to join our client's dynamic team in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telecom domain, with a deep understanding of 'Lead to Cash' workflow validation.

** 6-month W2 contract (possible extension) | No C2C or H1B candidates at this time

** Hybrid-schedule (3-days / week onsite in Redmond, WA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for telecom projects, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to understand and clarify requirements.
• Validate 'Lead to Cash' workflows, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the end-to-end process.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
• Provide regular status updates and UAT test results to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of UAT standards, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UAT testing, preferably within the telecom domain.
• Proven experience in validating 'Lead to Cash' workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in using UAT tools and software.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
