Job Title: EBU Head of Technology & Telecommunications

Location: Silicon Valley, CA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our new Technology & Telecommunications vertical.

As the Head of Technology & Telecommunications, you will have the opportunity to oversee and build a brand-new vertical, focusing on creating strategies and service offerings for Tech & Telecom clients.

You will play a crucial role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring the continued partnership of EXL and our clients with high-quality Analytics, Consulting, Digital, Ai, and BPS services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish the Technology & Telecommunications vertical, including defining target markets, services, and revenue goals.
  • Expand and improve services with existing clients, ensuring we take a multiprong approach to cater to all of their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new key clients and partners in the Tech & Telecom industry.
  • Lead the development of innovative service offerings that meet the evolving needs of Tech & Telecom clients.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with other business units to leverage synergies and maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the Technology & Telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
