Tutor - Subject Mastery Tutoring - Remote | WFH

We seek responsible and knowledgeable instructors eager to dive into our mission of student engagement at our tutoring centers situated in Lexington and Newton, Massachusetts.

Our student body is driven by a thirst for personal development, which is why we're actively seeking instructors committed to in-person engagement. We have several openings for instructors specializing in elementary, middle school, and high school ELA content instruction.

Here's What We Expect From You

Maintain a well-organized schedule and commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with availability during evenings and/or weekends.

Possess up-to-date computer equipment, including a webcam/microphone, for seamless online/remote teaching when required.

Conduct both formal and informal assessments to monitor student progress, ensuring a mastery-based learning approach.

Provide constructive feedback and set academic goals through detailed session notes, fostering both short-term and long-term development.

Collaborate with the team and maintain open communication with your support network.

Proficient in computer usage and have reliable internet access.

Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, residing within a reasonable commuting distance from our Lexington and/or Newton centers.

Capable of establishing strong connections with students.

Eager to contribute to the growth of an exciting company.

Passionate about inspiring students to unlock their full potential.

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Possess at least one year of teaching and/or tutoring experience.

Eligible to work in the U.S. and can successfully complete a federal I-9 form and national background check.
