Courza is a new training company that creates boutique and often niche training platforms. We're partnering with leading brands in the triathlon industry (including swimming, cycling and running) to create the largest global online platform for amateur triathletes.
Role Description
We're on the lookout for experienced coaches, triathletes and instructors to create online content (video, long-form articles, audio and other formats), take part in online streaming talks and engage with users for training tips, questions and coaching advice.
Coaches will also have the option to engage with users in a coach/client relationship and earn revenue within the platform.
Qualifications
Experience in triathlon training and coaching
Very experienced in a specialist area including (triathlon coaching, nutrition, exercise, mental preparation, race day organization etc).
Knowledge of triathlon training strategies and techniques
Ability to create and deliver video, lead webinar sessions or create short and long online content
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Certification in coaching ior a specialist area is a must
Experience in online course development or online training is a bonus
Passion for helping users, teaching and serving as an instructor
