Responsibilities For Treasury Manager (Global Law Firm)
Review and release wire and ACH payments to ensure timely and accurate execution of global payments
Analyze current state of treasury process and propose improvements to policies, procedures and cash-management philosophy. Complete annual review of policies and propose further enhancements, as needed
Develop, implement and monitor investment policy
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard firm assets
Forecast daily cash requirements and optimize cash balances
Monitor global cash flow movements and maintain adequate liquidity for business operations through the use of data-driven modeling
Establish strong working relationships with global bank contacts
Maintenance of global bank account paperwork, including timely and accurate updates to authorized signers, etc
Execute fund transfers to ensure efficient cash management
Management of the firm’s committed line of credit, including quarterly compliance package
Qualifications For Treasury Manager (Global Law Firm)
7+ years of previous experience in treasury management or related roles
College Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFO or CPA preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience creating complex Excel models
Strong oral and written communication skills
