Position Summary

Provides overall support and review of Treasury Management products, online banking and mobile banking for retail, commercial and private banking clients.

This is an in-person position located in Seattle, WA.

Essential Duties

  • Perform annual Treasury reviews.
  • Perform installation, training & troubleshooting of Remote Deposit Capture devices.
  • Manage daily banking operations of Treasury clients that include Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wires and Positive Pay transactions.
  • Support online banking, mobile banking and Bill Pay.
  • Provide training and/or presentations to clients and/or employees.
  • Set up training meetings with treasury vendors & teams.
  • Develop and establish procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 3 years of banking experience and experience within treasury management products, online banking, or retail banking
  • Previous experience working with business clients or payment rails.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, treasury products, and banking regulations including ACH/NACHA, FEDWIRES, Checks/ECCHO, REG E, REG CC and REG J.
  • Strong computer and technical skills including an understanding of Banking Software and Digital Banking programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex problems quickly.
  • Demonstrated big picture thinking in a fast paced & ever-changing environment
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Hard worker, critical thinking, take initiatives, and work well independently
