Our client, an innovative and growth-oriented organization in NYC, is seeking an experienced professional to join their high-performing team as a Treasury Director. The Treasury Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing corporate treasury functions at the holding company level. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage a wide array of financial activities including banking relations, debt funding, investments, risk management, and providing advisory services to portfolio companies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance procedures, and support strategic decision-making. As the Treasury Director, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and publishing regular treasury reports including cash reports, performance reports, and cash forecasting. In addition, you will play a vital role in reviewing and updating treasury policies as needed, in addition to implementing process efficiencies related to cash positioning & forecasting. This opportunity offers awesome flexibility, with a 1 day in office per week requirement.
Requirements
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA preferred
5+ years of treasury experience required
