Treasury Analyst

Overview of the Position:

Full time position working with a team of two Treasury Managers and four Treasury Accountants. It provides an excellent opportunity to learn about accounting and cash management within the private equity industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for bank account openings which includes coordinating with Tax and Legal departments for relevant documents and KYC related information

• Ensuring account opening agreements are in-line with company policy

• Initiate wire transfers for the private equity funds

• Initiate FX transactions for foreign office funding

• Assist with check deposits

• Responsible for preparing journal entries

• Assist with bank reconciliations

• Gathering support related to audit requests

• Assist with AIFMD regulatory reporting and TIC reporting

• Responsible for record keeping including filing, scanning and other administrative responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly and daily cash position reports and supporting schedules

• Assist with preparation of cash requirements schedule for investment forecasting

• Preparation of Quarterly Cash Management Analytics to senior management which includes interest income, interest rate, bank fee and account analysis

• Tracking of capital calls

• Data requests, ad-hoc requests as well as anticipation of needs for internal clients
