As the Treasury Administrator reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in the expansion of business operations in the Americas Region. You will monitor and enter the bank activity for all entities, implement our in-house financial shared service platform, as well as assist in on-site financial administrative support.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Monitoring bank account activity and receipts for all Complete Genomics entities, including receiving and verifying financial payment from customers, clients, or employees.
Responsible for entering payments into online banking, creating wire transfers and ACH entries.
Implement our in-house Financial Shared Service Center platform (FSSC) to upload daily bank transactions and ensure timely updates of bank activities.
Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciling discrepancies, and preparing daily or periodic financial reports.
Assist in managing electronic payment systems or credit card transactions.
Work as part of a regional finance team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
Monitor bank balances across all entities and liaison with treasury team in China HQ.
Participate in audits and tax backup preparations.
Build relationships with the San Jose Complete Genomics and HQ finance team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING US
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience in a fast-paced, fluid, results-oriented, hands-on environment, including with teams that are geographically dispersed across international boundaries.
Must have strong written, verbal, and excel skills.
Team-oriented with outstanding integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
Exhibits the highest degree of integrity and ethics, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Biotechnology/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry experience and multinational experience a plus.
Knowledge of Mandarin/Portuguese is a plus.
Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
WHAT YOUR EDUCATION LOOKS LIKE
BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Business is a plus.
HOW WE WILL REWARD YOU
$25 to $30 per hour depending on your experience.
30+ work hour schedule per week.
This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent position.
