The Role: As a Traveling Field Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in deploying our Panic Button Solution across the United States. Your responsibilities will include: Leading on-site installations with efficiency and precision. Managing installation teams and coordinating with subcontractors and customer personnel. Testing systems for quality assurance and providing comprehensive customer training. Offering expertise on our platform and contributing to product improvements. What You'll Bring: We're looking for candidates with: Certification in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Four years of experience deploying or supporting network-based technology. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Leadership abilities to motivate teams and troubleshoot effectively.
