Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg - $1,508 per week in Waukesha, WI

Per Diem MS RN - ProHealth Care **AUTO OFFER UNIT**

**20 hours of unbillable Orientation**

General Orientation Date (Required To Attend)

• Must choose two more dates to orientate at WMH & OMH within 2 weeks of the general orientation/start date
  
  

Contract Length: Per Diem contracts always go through end of year

Locations:

• Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Waukesha, WI
• Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc, WI
• MUST choose 2 other dates to orientate at WMH & OMH
• REQUIRED to work at both facilities - caregiver cannot choose facility.
• WILL work on different Med/Surg units/floors
  
  

Shift: Chosen per diem, most need is Mids or NOCs

Shift Length: Can vary from 4 hours to 12 hours

Charting experience: EPIC REQUIRED

Required Skillset/experience

• 2+ Years experience required
• Must be able to read tele
• FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST
• Must work at least 1 shift per month to remain active.
  
  

Required certifications: WI RN and BLS

Per Diem Information: List of shifts are send to supplier from Staffency. The caregiver can pick up shifts based on the facilities needs and their own availability. The shifts contain cancellable and non-cancellable shifts. For cancellable shifts, they will be made aware if their shift has been cancelled 2hrs prior to their shift start time.

Bill Rate: Weekdays 70.00 weeknights 71.00 weekend days 74.00 weekend nights 75.00

Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
