What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel logistics for events and missions. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and coordinating with local vendors for transportation, accommodations, and catering to ensure flawless event execution.
Collaborating closely with our Mission and Logistics Manager to coordinate event schedules effectively.
Using your keen forecasting skills to anticipate lead times for upcoming events.
What Skills You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in global venue coordination.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% or more based on mission requirements.
Ability to work across different time zones to coordinate logistics effectively.
Desired Skills
If you have these additional skills, it's a plus:
Strong network of global contacts for venue support.
Familiarity with setting up classroom environments, including interpreter support.

Salary
Competitive salary range from $46.35 to $81.11 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
