• Resolve Issues: Address any issues that arise, ensuring your clients’ travels are smooth and enjoyable.
• Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training and webinars to stay updated and earn certifications in the travel industry.

• Great Communication Skills: Enjoy talking and connecting with people.
• Reliable Internet and Device: Have access to a dependable internet connection and a computer (or smartphone).
• Background in Hospitality or Sales (Optional): While not required, experience in these fields is a plus.
