Act as a trusted advisor, recommending flights, accommodations, activities, attractions, and itineraries tailored to each client's unique needs.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of your assigned destination, including geography, culture, local customs, events, hidden gems, and logistical considerations.
Research and stay current on travel trends, visa requirements, entry regulations, and safety updates for your destination.
Secure bookings for flights, hotels, tours, car rentals, and other travel components using our reservation systems.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and changes promptly and professionally.
Prepare travel documents and ensure clients have all necessary information for a smooth journey.
Follow up with clients after their trip to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or related role.
Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of a specific geographic destination.
Strong understanding of travel industry products and services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Active listening skills to understand client needs and preferences.
Proficiency in travel reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) a plus.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
