Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service skills to every client
• Research, plan, and organize optimal travel experiences to meet the client's needs
• Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
• Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
• Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
• Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and teammates to ensure all travel needs are met
• Address and resolve any possible concerns or issues in a timely manner
  
  

Requirements:

• Customer service/ customer satisfaction ensuring repeat clients
• Both people and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while staying in touch with the team
• Self-motivated with taking initiative
• Computer skills
• Sales and Marketing skills is an advantage
• Passion and knowledge for travel a plus
• Availability to attend live and recorded trainings
• Maintain travel partner and vendor relationships
• Willing and ready to learn: coachable
