Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide personalized recommendations and create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and interests.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for clients.
Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
Stay updated on trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Format into sections and lists to improve readability
Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age
