As a Travel Advisor, you will:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research, compare, and book travel products and services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, insurance, etc. from our network of trusted partners
Create and send travel itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and other documents to customers
Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
To be successful as a Travel Advisor, you should have:
A high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn
Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or travel
A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations and cultures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage
A reliable internet connection and a laptop or computer
A flexible and adaptable work schedule. You can work whenever and wherever you want as long as you meet the deadlines and expectations of the customers
