Role overview


The candidate will be responsible to drive transformational thought leadership though effective stakeholder engagements and relationship management. Responsible to coordinate and manage large, complex and critical organizational & business changes by applying appropriate change management tools and techniques.


Responsible for all transformational presales support needs including but not limited to planning & executing client workshops, conducting due diligence exercise and developing relevant solution proposals in line with customer expectations. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • for providing presales support to all transformational pursuits, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, DD workshops
  • across various customer groups (CTO/CXO/DMs) tech-led transformational opportunities and alliances
  • Evaluate, define and quantify business challenges to drive customized solution to achieve business results
  • Promote whole process design including process reengineering and data-driven business intelligence and decision making
  • holistic Enterprise Automation Strategies including democratization and adoption of GenAI Technology driven solutions
  • Promote research and analysis through regular connects with market analysts and research firms
  • Accountability for Enterprise Automation capabilities, service offerings and program execution
  • Apply change management and design thinking principles to influence transformation pursuits
  • project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • on project / operations success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
  • creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • estimates and detailed plans for all phases of the project
  • status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • project scope and changes and plan / replan accordingly in line with business deliverables and strategies
  • and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
  • the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services
  • and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
  • track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders
  • the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
  • success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle
  • and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and CXO level stakeholders
  • mentor, motivate and supervise program team and deliver appropriate and effective communication
  • that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
  • project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
  • professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
  • understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
  • success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • practices, templates, policies, tools, check list and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization


Education, Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Btech/BE or equivalent) with MBA/PMP certification (desired)
  • 22+ years of project management experience of which the last 10 + years of experience should have been exclusively across medium to large Transformational program management involving (RPA/RDA, IDP, BPM/platforms, GenAI etc) including presales support and due diligence workshops
  • on experience in tracking and planning projects, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation and managing / driving experience across various stakeholder levels (CFO/CXO, Program Leads etc)
  • ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
  • leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • understanding of Technology strategy and business operations set up (People, Process, Technology)
  • and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
  • with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies and support diverse and inclusive work environment
  • influencing and gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
