Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant V - Transformation Coach for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

Job Description:

• Initially responsible for working as a support or secondary coach on an existing transformation (e.g. FX). Helping the lead coaches prepare for, manage questions related to, and document transformation activities. Eventually work up to being able to lead their own CIB Product Transformation efforts.
• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Agile Coaching experience
• Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both
• Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience.
• Time working within, or administrating an organizations Atlassian Tools Suite environment
• Product Management experience.
• Time working on Product Team within an organization
• Capital Markets Experience
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders
• Strong Writing Skills
• Take “on the ground” training learnings and turn them into documented best practices
