What We Offer
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, plus annual bonus opportunity.
Benefits: 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
Vacation: Up to 15 days annually for regular associates working 40 hours a week.
Holidays: 11 paid holidays in 2024, including 2 floating holidays.
Sick Leave: Up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, prorated based on start date.
Remote Work: Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs to enhance staff proficiency and customer success.
Continuously improve learning methods, provide coaching, and support new tool implementations.
Develop, update, and evaluate training materials in collaboration with teams.
Maintain an optimal learning environment, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
Required Skills And Experience
Experience in developing effective training materials and procedures.
Proficiency in adult learning principles and hybrid learning environments.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and corporate policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
Remote work capability with high-speed internet access.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analysis and reporting.
2-3 years of life and/or health insurance experience.
