Training Specialist

IT Technical Trainer | Onsite Once A Month | $70-80k | Professional Services

Do you want a role where you can lead training and development strategy and initiatives?

A household name in Boston Law Services is on the lookout for an IT Technical Trainer to oversee learning & development and manage the firm's global training program.

You will work with management to identify necessary technology skill needs for both legal and non-legal staff while aiding in the design strategy of the program. You will also manage 3rd party relationships to support the training program and ensure optimal delivery from your team.

The role is mainly remote but requires travel to their Kansas City office once a month.

What's needed -

Experience delivering IT training

Experience managing Technology L&D

Experience with legal-specific applications (DMS, Templating)

MS Office Suite

Communication and attention to detail
