Job Description
BryceTech is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team in support of strategic workforce analysis activities for our government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with expertise in competency assessment and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Conduct a detailed competency assessment and gap analysis to identify current workforce deficiencies and future needs.
- Contribute to the overall strategic workforce planning initiatives by providing insights and expertise in training and development.
- Develop and implement a strategic training analysis to align workforce capabilities with agency goals.
- Support the design of comprehensive training programs tailored to address identified competency gaps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand and document training requirements and objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training strategies and methodologies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on training outcomes and workforce competency improvements.
- Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and innovations in training and workforce development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on competency gap analysis and assessments.
- Proven experience in conducting workforce analysis and developing strategic training programs.
- Strong facilitation and group learning design skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines related to training.
