The Inside Sales Center (ISC) Training Manager plays an important role in managing the performance of the Inside Sales Center team. The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs for employees at all levels within the ISC team. This role requires a deep understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. The Training Manager collaborates closely with the ISC Manager, ISC Supervisors and subject matter experts to assess training needs, create effective learning materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate effective training and development for new hires and experienced representatives resulting in improved productivity, customer retention and excellent customer satisfaction.
Design and develop training programs, materials, and curriculum such as manuals, presentations, demonstrations, and multimedia visual aids
Evaluate and make recommendations on training programs based on key performance indicators, surveys, employee feedback, and consultation with the manager.
Provide team members with ongoing feedback and coaching to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement training methods that result in enhanced employee performance and engagement
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

Required Qualifications
Three plus years experience in a Training Manager or equivalent role
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Certification such as CPLP, CPTM, and/or CPTD
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Work is on-site in an office setting
Approximately 90% of work time sitting and speaking with representatives or working at a desk and/or computer
The noise level is moderate for a service center environment
