Manages the design, development strategies development and delivery of training services that optimize organizational readiness, performance, and quality. Including assessing necessary skills, training the trainers and implementing training strategies.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. bachelor’s degree in an education or human resources field is preferred
- Previous experience (5+ years) that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
- 1+ year of management responsibility
- Prior experience in a formal corporate training department is strongly preferred.
- Experience analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation
- Extensive knowledge regarding teaching theories for creating effective creating instructional materials
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively apply to the dynamic learning and working environment, including the management of multiple programs or initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience developing training plans and materials
- Good computer skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WebEx or other teleconference, recording/editing tools/interactive computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English language and grammar
- Good analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality internal and external proprietary data
- Ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proven flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to meet timelines and reprioritize in response to department demands
- Designs, develops, and implements training programs and materials and assists in the integration of corporate-wide learning initiatives aligning with corporate vision and business needs.
- Searches for gaps in training content and materials and updating as indicated to generate higher learning outcomes
- Identifies future training needs and creates a curriculum to facilitate said training
- Manages and delivers training solutions in a collaborative cross- functional global environment.
- Communicates with management, trainers and team members as needed to verifying understanding of requests and communication of needs
- Resolves issues and tailors training programs as necessary
- Provides subject matter leadership and project leadership to ensure training solutions achieve business needs and objectives.
- Directs support team members and supports work streams by supervising work assignments, resource planning and accountability and skill gap analysis.
- Leads, manages, and empowers the team through effective delegation to attain a high standard of performance and delivery for the team and all participants.
- Acts as a liaison between the cross functional departments and business leadership. Provides progressive updates and aligns the team with the overall business objectives of the department and company.
- All other duties as assigned.
