Training/Learning Coordinator -- Remote | WFH

We're on the lookout for a passionate Learning Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential for long-term prospects, offering flexibility with remote work and based in the EST time zone. As our clientele spans the globe, occasional evening availability is required.

Role Overview

As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional learning experiences. Your expertise in program management and dedication to learner satisfaction will be paramount in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management and Coordination:

Design, coordinate, and execute learning programs efficiently.

Manage multiple sessions concurrently, ensuring learner progress tracking and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Foster community learning by setting up conducive environments.

Utilize diverse tools for data collection, processing, and interpretation.

Monitor and report on key learning metrics and outcomes.

Learning Management System (LMS) Support

Collaborate with the Platforms team on LMS management tasks.

Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders.

Host and moderate virtual live sessions independently.

Promote learning programs through regional communication channels.

Manage invoicing and procurement processes efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant experience in Learning & Development.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Strong presentation skills.
