Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer, engineering, or science field.
Active Secret Clearance.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in training development and delivery OR a relevant Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or Education and 8 years' of experience in training development and delivery.
Prior experience developing Security-related training and delivering instructor-led and online training, videos, and job aids.
Proficiency in delivering face-to-face and virtual training to diverse audiences.
Strong skills in PowerPoint, visual representation, and instructional design, with an understanding of 508 compliance requirements.
Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with a capacity to engage effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive-level stakeholders.
