We are seeking a dedicated Training Lead to join our team supporting a program at TSA HQ in Springfield, Virginia, with the option for remote work. This role requires an active Secret clearance and compliance with 8570 requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer, engineering, or science field.
Active Secret Clearance.
DHS Experience and Suitability.
8570 Compliant (Security+ CE).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in training development and delivery OR a relevant Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or Education and 8 years of experience in training development and delivery.
Prior experience developing Security-related training and delivering instructor-led and online training, including videos and job aids.
Experience in delivering face-to-face and virtual training to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, visual representation, instructional design skills, and understanding of 508 compliance requirements.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with technical, non-technical, and executive-level stakeholders.
