Client & Project: Client is a health payer located in New York metro area. Project involves deployment of a new core claim processing system and medical management system.
Role Summary: Lead all aspects of designing, developing, and implementing a training support solution.
Responsibilities
As the Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to support the project which is Health Edge (Health Rules Payer, Guiding Care) platform.
You will be the designated subject matter expert (SME) in Learning Strategies and will be required to have master proficiency in this skill.
Your day-to-day activities will include conducting Training Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and overseeing content developers to design training content, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Training of Trainers (TOT).
Some self-paced training will be part of this program.
You will also be responsible for assisting client management in ensuring employees have access to the necessary resources to support their learning and development.
Having master proficiency in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training and Performance Support, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Training of Trainers (TOT) will be advantageous as well as developing and implement learning strategies Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and design appropriate training programs.
Familiarity in designing and delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Training of Trainers (TOT) programs.
Provide performance support coaching to client in addressing learning challenges.
Monitoring training completion and working with Change Enablement to prepare client to use new ways of working.
