We are in search of a passionate Training Instructor to join our team. This position will play a vital role in supporting a DoD program known as Platform One. Platform One aims to bring the initiative to life by integrating industry best practices, open-source software like Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to establish CI/CD pipelines across various classification levels.
We collaborate closely with the Platform One program to provide technical services and expertise necessary for its success. As part of our Customer Experience team, you will engage directly with clients, including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support professionals.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in implementation or Customer Support, Sales Engineering, or equivalent roles in a customer-facing environment.
Proficiency in Advanced Kubernetes, Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Administration.
