About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic Training Instructor to join our team, supporting the esteemed program, Platform One. Platform One is at the forefront of driving the Enterprise Development Security and Operations Platform initiative, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes and containers, alongside industry best practices, to establish continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines across various classification levels.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling our customers to harness the power of methodologies. You'll be part of our Customer Experience team, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support professionals.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as Kubernetes, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and training content.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to customers on implementing best practices.
Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Foster a positive learning environment and cultivate a community of continuous learning among customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in implementation, customer support, sales engineering, or software technical instruction.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Kubernetes, Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Administration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
