Training Consultant - Automotive Industry

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Work with franchised and corporate locations on new technology concepts and applications, and translate them into training content to serve as a subject manager expert for the new POS system conversion
• Own the conversion process to include but not limited to WIP, AR, ARR, and Pre-configuration
• Communicate technical information in an informative, entertaining, and educational format to meet varying skill levels
• Demonstrated ability to develop course content with experience delivering system and/or process training

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 2+ years of experience in training, point-of-sale implementation, or related experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 90%
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
