We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager for a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to ensure the professional development of employees. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development and will be committed to driving the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses
Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms
Coordinate presentations, job simulations, and role-playing exercises
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
Manage coordination and delivery of new employee training
Stay up-to-date with developments in training and development field
Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals
Create and maintain training records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent expereince
Proven work experience as a Training and Development Manager or similar role, with the ability to manage a team
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning strategies
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
Ability to adapt and learn new processes and systems
